Live telemetry Dashboard is the operator view. Every panel marked LIVE is polled every 30 seconds from the server's /api/stats/* routes, which read ECS, CloudWatch, DynamoDB and Google Cloud Storage directly — so it reflects the real state of the services behind the other pages, not a mock-up.
