Cross-cloud Chat answers through POST /api/chat: the server scans the yoobeecloud-courses DynamoDB table and passes it to Claude Haiku 4.5 on Amazon Bedrock, so replies are grounded in the live data rather than invented. Save transcript then runs the cross-cloud path — ECS invokes the transcript Lambda, which writes a PDF to Google Cloud Storage and emails it via SES.
